Denali National Park And Preserve, Alaska, Mount Eielson And Denali | Framed Panoramic Picture Scenic Panorama DNP4

from $123.90
Denali is the highest mountain in North America at 20,310 feet above sea level. Covering the top of Denali in this panorama is a lenticular cloud mass over the summit, which forms in extreme high winds. It is common in summer for clouds to obscure only Denali and other peaks of the Alaska Range while the weather all around is clear and sunny. Moist air flows up the southern slopes and as it cools, clouds form and release the condensed moisture in the form of rain and snow. On the right of this panorama is the 92-mile Denali Park Road, which was completed in 1938. This view from the Eielson Visitor Center is located at Mile 66 of the Denali Park Road.

This is a reproduction print, comes in 2 options:
Option 1
Straight fit with a contrast gray metal frame with plexi. Finished size 40 x 13.5"

Option 2
Double matted, with complimentary colors using acid-free mats, finished with plexi in a black wood frame. Finished size is 44.5 x 17.5"
