This panorama of the Dallas Stars™ playing on their home ice was taken by James Simmons. Originally established in 1967 as the Minnesota North Stars™, the team relocated to Dallas in 1993 and played their first game on October 5, 1993. In their first season, the Stars made the playoffs by winning 42 games and recording 97 points. In 1999, the Stars won 51 games, finished with a league's best 114 points, and went on to win the Stanley Cup® Final. The Stars have also won numerous division titles, conference championships and Presidents' Trophies. Originally named the Minnesota North Stars, the team was renamed the Stars upon moving to Dallas, since Texas is known as the Lone Star State.

This is a reproduction print. Includes hardware and hanging wire. Comes in two different options:
Option 1
Straight fit with a contrast gray metal frame with plexi. Finished size 40 x 13.5"

Option 2
Double matted, with complimentary colors using acid free mats, finished with plexi in a black wood frame. Finished size is 44.5 x 17.5"
