Shipping Rates For United States Standard Expedited/2nd Day Overnight:

Posters and Art Prints: $4.99 to $15.99 for each item depending on box size.

Framed artwork:$19.99 to 39.99 for each item depending on box size.
 
Order Processing & Delivery Expectations:

Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time will vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to CustomerService@picturethisartonline.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 72 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

 
Shipping Limitations:

The maximum size limit for rectangular-shaped parcels is 42 inches in length and 79 inches in height (Maximum length and girth combined: 108 inches).

 
If an order placed exceeds the maximum limit, Commercial freight will be used upon your approval.

How will I know when my order ships?
 
When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs & can I add a gift note?
 
The packing slip does not include any pricing information. The e-mail notifications, however, do reference pricing so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient's e-mail address.

At this time, we do not offer gift cards or notes that can be enclosed in shipments or on packing slips.
 
How is my order packaged?
 
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment:

Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.

Posters and Art Prints:
Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
 
Packaged and protected in a flat 9 in x 12 in standard cardboard envelope.

Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, Mounted Items and Framed Items:
Covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.

Gift Packaging:
Sorry, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping or gift message service. But, if you are shipping a gift, you may try what some of our creative customers have done: Add a small note in the SHIP TO NAME &/or ADDRESS Fields!
